After seeing all these pictures, I'm still surprised to see "neapolitan" trolleybus in Turkey.

In the middle Fifties, Izmir (for Italian readers, Smirne) acquired via Fiat a small batch of Viberti Monotral CV16 articulated trolleybuses. The same model was supplied to Ctrea in Turin (service nummbers F1 to F24). Here you can find a photo of an Izmir trolleybus doing a test run in Turin.
