welcome on MondoTram. You can write in English, if you like, since many visitors of this forum understand it.
In order to insert pictures, click on the last button of the text window, "Allega un file dal tuo computer per questo messaggio" and, when clicking on "Rispondi", you'll be asked to select a picture from your computer, That's all. If your pictures are aready on another server, you can simply paste their URLs in your message, but plese remember that images should not be wider than 500 pixels.
